Apple fritters

When you have a toddler in home, it means you have many half eaten apples in your fridge🍎. Our house is not an exception☹️.

When I was thinking🤔 what to do with that other than apple juice and pancakes, fritters came to my mind😎💡. My daughter totally loved it and was asking for more. Hope you love it.

Ingredients

Wheat flour – 1 1/2 cup

Rice flour – 2 tbsn

Baking soda – 1/4 tsp

Sugar – 1/4 cup or more( depends on sweetness of apple)

Milk – 1/4 cup

Cinnamon powder – 1/2 tsp

Salt – a pinch

Water – as required

Apple – 1 grated

Oil – to deep fry

Method

  • Make batter with all ingredients except apple. The batter should be in consistency of pancake batter.
  • Then add apple. Mix gently.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan. When the oil is hot drop a spoonful of batter. Cook in medium flame till golden.
  • Serve warm.
