This chutney have all flavours of ginger, garlic and roasted gram dal. This is apt to have with idli, dosa or paniyaram.
Coconut – 1/2 cup grated
Roasted gram dal – 2 tbsn
Green chilli – 2
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
Garlic – 2 pods
Curry leaves – few
Coriander leaves – few
Salt – as required
- Take all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth with required water.
- Serve with idli, dosa or paniyaram.
- If you need to temper , heat a tsp of oil and crackle few mustard seeds, channa dal and urad dal. When dal turns golden add it to ground chutney.
