Cantaloupe/ Mulampazham milkshake

Cantaloupes are rich in vitamin A , potassium etc. They have many health benefits .When you have this milkshake in a sunny day you can feel your body cooling.

Ingredients

Cantaloupe – 1 cup deseeded and scooped

Milk – 1/4 cup

Sugar – as required

Method

  • Take all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Best when served chilled.

Notes

  1. You can  add a little amount of water if you like to dilute the consistency.
