Roasted gram dal / pottukadalai ladoo

These ladoos can be made in a jiffy. If you have surprise guests or to treat kids, this is an excellent choice. There is no doubt that ย kids will love it. This is made within 10 minutes. Isn’t that great?๐Ÿ˜ƒ





Roasted gram dal/ pottu kadalai – 1/2 cup

Sugar – 3 tbsn

Ghee/ clarified butter – ย 2 to 3 tbsn

Salt – ย a pinch


  • Take all ingredients except ghee in a mixer/ blender and blend till smooth powder.
  • Transfer the powder to a plate.
  • Add ghee little by little till you ย are able to make ladoos.
  • Serve immediately.







  1. Adjust sugar as required.
  2. Stays good for two days if stored in airtight container.
